SIAM Foundation target group

The SIAM Foundation training is intended for professionals who want to implement SIAM in their organization and specifically for those
who are already working on IT Service Management processes.

SIAM Foundation pre-requisites

No prior knowledge is required for the SIAM Foundation course, but knowledge of IT Service Management is recommended.

SIAM Foundation level

The level of the SIAM Foundation course is MBO+.

SIAM Foundation duration

3 days, optionally the exam can be taken on the last day.
