This course focuses on developing a team-based leadership approach, rather than focusing on individual one-on-one coaching. You want to strengthen your team's ability to resolve challenges together and unlock their collective potential.

Content

Understanding team dynamics is crucial in leading your team to success. This training will broaden your leadership skills by providing a clear framework for analysing group dynamics, both the visible and underlying aspects. In addition, it will help you create common ground for a diverse group of individuals and lead them to a shared goal. The focus lays on creating success with the entire team instead of focusing on individuals.

This course is based on learning by doing. We accelerate the learning process through interactive homework assignments, presentations, group exercises, buddy coaching, discussions, personal case studies and action planning. By engaging your manager you will get sustainable results.

What does the training look like?

Your learning trajectory consists of a balanced mix of learning activities that you do during the two meetings, in the online learning environment, at work and at home. On the online learning environment you will find assignments that will help you before, during and after the program to increase your knowledge and skills and to apply them in practice.

Certificate

On completion of the training course and subject to attendance and active participation, Schouten & Nelissen will award a certificate. Our certificates are highly regarded in the business community.

The price of this course is € 1.445,00 (excl. 21% VAT). 

Do you pay the invoice yourself? Then you automatically get a beneficial advantage. Instead of a 21% VAT charge, you only receive a 10% fee. Your course price will then be € 1.589,50.
