The question is: do your employees function as a group or as a team? As a leader, how do you turn a group into a team? Let us assume that it is not easy to do this without professional help.
As the person ultimately responsible, you have a clear picture
of what you want to achieve. The blueprint is already there. That
only means: working together to achieve those results. But how come
you always have to motivate your team?
This is a common phenomenon within organizations. To what extent
did you have, as a manager, included your team in the development
of the objectives?
In this 2-day interactive training you will get to work
intensively on your own work situation. You will get comprehensive
information about how effective, profitable teams are built and on
which points your own team still has some challenges. In addition,
you will gain insight into your own behaviour and how you can deal
with your (team) challenges in a positive, respectful and empathic
way.
With the help of the theory, exercises and insights, you are able
to apply what you have learned in your own work situation so that
your team can achieve the desired results.
We think it is important to really experience what it is like to
reach the top. Part of this training therefore is a via ferrata (a
form of rock climbing) under the supervision of a qualified
guide
This training takes place in a castle in the Belgian Ardennes.
The price includes:
• Overnight stay in a luxury castle with breakfast, lunch and
dinner. Coffee and tea during the day
• Climbing material (bring your own running shoes with sufficient
profile)
• Guidance of a qualified guide (during the via ferrata)

Heleen de Bruijn-van der Star is the proud owner of On Top Managementcoaching.
