Our negotiation skills course offers a stepping stone for managers and anyone involved in regular, professional negotiations. Throughout the course, you will have numerous opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills, practice overcoming the challenges you encounter, and refine your negotiation style. Learn to achieve better outcomes as a skilled, effective negotiator.
The following subjects are covered:
- How to prepare for a successful negotiation
- The 4 Harvard Principles of negotiation
- Understanding the key components of a win-win outcome
- Exploring and applying different negotiation styles
- How to deal with manipulation and power struggles
- How to de-escalate conflicts
During this negotiation course, we accelerate your learning process through interactive homework assignments, presentations, group exercises, coaching, plenary discussions, personal case studies and action planning. As a result, you rapidly acquire powerful new skills which will continue to benefit you throughout your career.
What does the training look like?
Your learning trajectory consists of a balanced mix of learning activities that you do during the two meetings, in the online learning environment, at work and at home. On the online learning environment you will find assignments that will help you before, during and after the program to increase your knowledge and skills and to apply them in practice.

Training course
The price of this course is € 1.445,00 (excl. 21% VAT).
Do you pay the invoice yourself? Then you automatically get a beneficial advantage. Instead of a 21% VAT charge, you only receive a 10% fee. Your course price will then be € 1.589,50.

The price for the course materials is € 83,83 (excl. VAT). You will receive:

Facility costs
The price for the use of the accommodation, coffee/tea and a varied lunch is € 160,00 (excl. VAT). You obviously do not pay any facility costs if you choose the online course in the 'virtual class'.
