Most people today probably look at their leaders and wonder if they ever doubt themselves. Leaders doubt themselves all the time and they take it hard on themselves too.

All of us engage in ‘self-talk’ – the ability to talk to ourselves in our minds as we process, or comment on the happenings around us.
