This course is built as an interactive workshop. What that means
is, that we will put you into action. Get together with your team
(2-3 persons) and run through the whole Design Thinking for HR
process step by step, guided by videos and templates.

This course is designed as a team workshop. Building remarkable Employee Experiences is always a team effort. So get 2-3 colleagues together and kick-off. Also, learning together is much easier...and fun.
Experiential Learning
What this means? Learning by doing! We will guide you through the methods with which you can built meaningful Employee Experiences. Afterwards, you will reflect with your team with the help of trigger questions.
