This course prepares you for the APMG Change Management Foundation exam. Given that the foundation level, the emphasis is on theory, supported with a number of exam-oriented exercises.
Change Management Foundation target group
The Change Management Foundation certification is for those who
have a role in leading, executing or supporting a change
initiative.
Furthermore, also for anyone who works in an organization where a
change is planned or takes place and wants to gain more knowledge
about the Change Management framework.
Change Management Foundation pre-requisites
Some experience with organizational change is recommended.
Change Management Foundation duration
The training lasts 3 days and optionally, an exam can be taken on the last day to conclude.

- Stakeholder strategy: principles, identifying & segmenting stakeholders, personas & empathy maps, stakeholder maps and influencing strategies.
- Communication and engagement: communication bias, feedback & communication change, communicating about change (factors, barriers and approaches), communication channels (push-pull & lean-rich) and planning communication

- Change impact: assess and identify change impact, assess stakeholder impact and change severity of assessment
- Readiness for change: motivation to change & support individuals, network of change agents, building organizational change readiness, building the change team, change management plan and preparing for resistance

The exam is available in English only and consists of 50 multiple-choice questions.
The participant must give 40 or more correct answers in 25 minutes to pass. If English is not your mother or company language, you will receive an extra 10 min.
