AI can predict and influence behavior at a scale we’ve never seen before. But only if someone knows what behavior you’re looking for. What pain lies beneath it, what fear, what desire.

That’s what Behavioural Design does. And that’s what AI cannot do on its own.

Those who connect these two worlds — human intelligence and artificial intelligence — will have a professional edge in the coming years that is hard to replicate. This Summer School is designed for people who want to build that edge.

What you’ll learn

Day 1. Behavioural AI.
Together, we’ll build a working flow: from behavioral insight to prototype intervention. You’ll learn how to use AI within the SUE Influence Framework. How to accelerate Jobs-to-be-Done analyses. How to generate and test intervention ideas. You’ll go home with a working Behavioural Design AI workflow you can use right away.

Day 2 morning. The Happiness Code – Astrid Groenewegen.
Based on Astrid’s book The Happiness Code. A behavioural designer’s perspective on wellbeing. How do you design environments — at work, in your team, in your life — where people function better? Which small interventions create big differences in energy, focus, and wellbeing?

Day 2 afternoon. Gamechangers – Tom de Bruyne.
Based on Tom’s book Gamechangers. How do you unlock change that’s stuck? Why do big plans often fail, while small interventions sometimes succeed? Which leverage points determine whether transformation sticks?
