Microsoft System Center Operations Manager SCOM Operator training (v2019-2025)

Essential training for anybody who has to work with Microsoft SCOM as an Operator or Administrator or any related role. We train you in the use of the SCOM console for SCOM 2019-2022-2025 versions (most applies to older versions as well).

After completing the SCOM Operator Training, the participants will be able to: 

• Navigate through the SCOM console to perform various tasks 
• Understand the basics of Health State and Health Explorer
• Understand the differences between rules and monitors 
• Working with alerts; understand their origin, content, and how to take the appropriate action. 
• Use performance and state views for troubleshooting and other diagnostics 
• Know possibilities of using tasks and maintenance mode
• Use My Workspace to focus on specific monitored workloads

This training is created as an online training given through Teams (or another platform if needed) and in the English language, given the nature of the product. It is possible to give this training on-site if you have a larger group of participants and a strict need for physical presence or if there is a need for an adjusted version for your specific use case - contact us if that is the case.

This training includes a Test and certification upon finishing the Test with success. Also this certification is the basis and prerequisite for the SCOM Administrator training we also offer.
